Links-View Holiday Park

Our Jetty

Fishing.

Drop a line off the Jetty and try your luck with either the Trout or the Perch.  If they aren’t biting, relax on the jetty and feed the eels.

Kayaking.

If you have kayaks or canoes, you can launch them off the jetty and paddle up to Lake Mahinapua.

Don’t have your own kayaks? Borrow one of ours for $15 for a half day or $25 for a full day.

Relaxing.

Put your feet up and relax, listening to the gentle burble of the river.

Swimming

For those that want to brave the cool clear water coming off the mountains, a quick dip can be extremely refreshing.

Golf.

Hire some clubs and head next door to the Golf Course.  Play a round and wander back.  We’ll drop you off and pick you up when you finish.

Bike Hire.

Being close to the West Coast Wilderness Trail makes Links-View Holiday Park a great place to stop over or use as a base to go exploring.  The kids bikes are free and there is ample room for them to ride around.

  • Ride down to Lake Mahinapua or along the beach
  • $15 per bike for half a day, $25 for a full day

Close to the Beach

A quick 5 minute walk from the Camp Site will have you sitting on Hokitika’s beautiful beach.  Hire one of our surf casters and bait, head down and spend the day at the beach.

Boat Cruises

A 2 hour boat cruise around beautiful Lake Kaniere.  Transport provided to the lake from the campsite.
